These terms govern use of Chitthi (app.chitthi.live), a service of Exaltes Global Private Limited, India. By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of your business.
The service
Chitthi provides a team inbox, message templates, broadcasts and related tools on top of the WhatsApp Business Platform. WhatsApp itself is provided by Meta, and Meta may change, limit or suspend access at any time.
Your responsibilities
- Follow the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Commerce Policy, and applicable law.
- Only message people who have opted in to hear from you, and honour opt-out requests.
- Keep your login secure and be responsible for activity under your account.
- Do not send spam, illegal content, or content that infringes others' rights.
Fees
Paid plans are billed in advance through Razorpay. Meta's per-message charges are billed as shown in your plan or wallet. Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or WhatsApp's policies. You may close your account at any time.
Liability
Chitthi is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for Meta's or other third parties' services.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
